1、為避免機(jī)器在運(yùn)輸、裝卸等環(huán)節(jié)中出現(xiàn)意外，使用前必須檢查各部位螺栓、螺母是否松動(dòng)，扁齒，圓齒，主軸螺母有無(wú)松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)皮帶輪，檢查機(jī)器有無(wú)碰撞現(xiàn)象。

3、工作時(shí)一定要注意清除物料中的雜物，嚴(yán)禁鐵塊石頭等物進(jìn)入機(jī)器，以免損機(jī)傷人，接料布袋應(yīng)有4米以上長(zhǎng)度，直徑0.6米，布料不能過(guò)密，使用中要及時(shí)出料，保證布袋有足夠的透氣性。
