在生產(chǎn)飼料的過(guò)程中，飼料混合機(jī)是必不可少的一種飼料加工設(shè)備。在制粒之前，飼料混合機(jī)設(shè)備將即將制成顆粒的飼料原料充分的混合均勻以后，才能保證最終生產(chǎn)出的顆粒飼料營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)是全面的，使用飼料的動(dòng)物才能長(zhǎng)的更快更好。臥式飼料混合機(jī)是在飼料生產(chǎn)的過(guò)程中最常用的混合機(jī)設(shè)備之一。那么，在用該混合機(jī)混合物料時(shí)，有哪些需要注意呢？
1、物料的投放一般是從混合機(jī)被啟動(dòng)之后開(kāi)始的，物料的投放量不要超過(guò)機(jī)器的載重，否則的不僅物料不能很好的混合均勻，如果投放量太大的話(huà)，混合機(jī)的電機(jī)可能會(huì)因無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足太大的動(dòng)力而被燒壞。
