1、作業(yè)后，應(yīng)及時(shí)將機(jī)內(nèi)、水箱內(nèi)、管道內(nèi)的存料、積水放盡，并清潔保養(yǎng)機(jī)械，清理工作場(chǎng)地，切斷電源，鎖好電閘箱。

2、儀表、指示信號(hào)準(zhǔn)確可靠，電動(dòng)攪拌機(jī)的操縱臺(tái)應(yīng)墊上橡膠板或干燥木板。

4、骨料規(guī)格應(yīng)與攪拌機(jī)的性能相符，超出許可范圍的不得使用。

5、空車運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，檢查攪拌筒或攪拌葉的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向，各工作裝置的操作、制動(dòng)、確認(rèn)正常，方可作業(yè)。

6、進(jìn)料時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁將頭或手伸入料斗與機(jī)架之間，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中不得用手或工具等物伸入攪拌筒內(nèi)扒料出料。

8、向攪拌筒內(nèi)加料應(yīng)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中進(jìn)行；添加新料必須先將攪拌機(jī)內(nèi)原有的飼料全部卸出后才能進(jìn)行。不得中途停機(jī)或在滿載時(shí)啟動(dòng)攪拌機(jī)，反轉(zhuǎn)出料者除外。

9、作業(yè)中，如發(fā)生故障不能繼續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，應(yīng)立即切斷電源，將攪拌筒內(nèi)的飼料清除干凈。
